Paco is from Argentina and has been a full-time teacher at the Ciel Institute of European Languages (歐協語文心) since December 2008. He holds a Degree in Law from Universitad Catolica Argentina, Buenos Aires (Argentina) and an International Master in Business Administration from Ming Chuang University, Taipei, Taiwan. Paco is fluent in English and speaks Chinese-Mandarin. Since his arrival at the Ciel Institute of European Languages, Paco has been teaching adults Spanish courses, both group and individual classes, of all levels, from Beginners to Advanced. His teaching assignments include the Central America Trade Office (中美洲經貿辦事處), the Mega International Commercial Bank (兆豐銀行) and the International Cooperation and Development Fund (國合會). |
